Yes! I can say that it was delicious launch for me and Suchir. Suchir loved it, without saying 'NOOO' or 'ONLY' :). Dish was gobi manchurian (thick gravy) and fried rice.I made in Indian style. I didn't use chilli. It was mild spicy.
So I am sharing here the recipe using pics: It is two stage recipe.
1- First stage ingredients : Medium cauliflower , 1/2 cup Maida (all purpose flour), pinch of pepper and salt. made a smooth batter and dipped the cauliflower florets in the batter, just fried them when till golden brown. have a look step by step.....

(1) Cut the cauliflower in big florets. |
(2)Maida, pepper and salt, mix and make batter. |
(3) Dip cauliflower florets in the batter. |
(4) Deep fry. |

2- Second stage ingredients : 1tbs Ginger garlic paste, 1 medium size onion, 2 capsicum, 2tbs soy sauce, 4tbs tomato sauce, 1/2tbs chilli sauce, 1tbs corn flour and salt. have a look....

(1) heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. fry for a minute.... |
(2) add onion,capsicum,salt, tomato, chilli sauce and soy sauce. mix well properly. |
(3) stir fry for 5minutse and add corn flour paste (1tbs corn flour with 1/4 cup water), gradually add to the gravy and stir continuously till it boils. |
(4) when gravy become thick add fried cauliflower florets in the gravy. and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. garnish it with green coriander....! |
